  18. <p>     At a time when the Pentagon is striving to keep troop
  19. locations in the gulf secret, private satellite photos of the
  20. area are hitting the open market in increasing numbers. The
  21. three companies that dominate the trade have refused to sell
  22. pictures to Iraq since the Kuwait invasion. But U.S.
  23. intelligence sources confirm that Iraq has obtained detailed
  24. space photos. They believe the images were funneled through
  25. Jordan and Iran.
